Shipping Policy:

      All orders will be shipped by one of two methods: U.P.S. ground service or U.S. Postal Service.  Special shipping instructions, supplied by the customer, will be followed and charged accordingly.

      Orders that do not comply with standard shipping sizes will be subject to freight charges at an additional cost to the customer.  Standard shipping charges apply only to the continental United States of America.  Orders being shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Canada will incur addtional charges.  Customer agrees to pay these additional charges.

Shipment Time Frame:

     Orders for stock items will be shipped on the same day as the receipt of your order.

Returned Goods Policy:

         Returns will be accepted with prior authorization by Advent Medical Systems. No returns other than defective items will be accepted after 120 days. Special ordered or custom items are not returnable under any circumstances. Due to the sanitary nature of medical products, any item that has been used, may not be returnable unless defective.

     Prior to shipping the merchandise back to Advent Medical Systems, contact  Advent Medical Systems for a returned goods authorization number. This authorization number must appear on all paperwork accompanying this shipment.

     All returns, except for defective merchandise or errors in shipping by Advent Medical Systems, must be returned to Advent Medical Systems, freight prepaid.

     Credit will be issued to your account upon receipt, inspection and acceptance of the product at Advent Medical Systems. Product that has been damaged or cannot be restocked will not be accepted.
